A creative, reflective therapy space for children, young people and adults in Hastings
Hi, I’m Hannah , a HCPC-registered dramatherapist. I offer a creative, containing space where children, adolescents and adults can explore what feels difficult. My work is trauma-informed and attachment-aware, with a particular focus on post-adoption experiences, identity, and relationships. I’ve worked across adoption support, education and NHS mental health services, and this experience shapes the way I practise.

People often come to me with…
- post-adoption experiences and identity
- attachment and relationships
- anxiety, overwhelm, loss and transitions
- trauma or traumatic experiences
- finding words for what feels hard to name
